Q: I've moved. How do I make sure I get my magazine at my new address?
A: For your convenience, we have included a change of address form HERE. Our Customer Service team can also reached by telephone at 1-888-718-HOME(4663).
Please note: There are shipping fees to resend issues if you don't notify us of your address change before our database is delivered to the printer. Our database goes to the printer several weeks in advance of the magazine being mailed so please submit address changes immediately to insure delivery.
Q: I've moved. Won't the US Postal Service forward my magazine to me?
A: The Old Schoolhouse Magazine is sent as "bound printed matter." The Postal Service will NOT forward issues. To insure that you continue receiving The Old Schoolhouse, make sure you change your address with us.

Q: How long will it take to receive my gifts?
A: Generally, you should receive your gifts within 8-12 weeks from the time you order. The gifts will not arrive in one box. They will come from each individual company so each company will be in control of when they ship your gift out. Many arrive via email so be sure to watch for them and adjust your spam filters accordingly.
Q: Will The Old Schoolhouse sell or rent my contact information?
A: Absolutely not. The Old Schoolhouse will never sell or rent your contact information. Your mailing address and email IS given to the individual vendors participating in the gift promotion as necessary to send your gifts.
Q: Why does The Old Schoolhouse need my phone number and email address?
A: We try to keep your information up to date. If there are any problems with your address or you have moved we want to be able to contact you for updated information to ensure that your subscription arrives in a timely manner. By providing your email and phone number we are able to reach you in the event of a move where one of these is no longer valid.
