The Kregel Pictorial Guide to Biblical History is very eye-catching. It is a thin book of only 15 pages, but the main attraction is the glossy, foldout timeline in the center. The book gives a brief yet detailed overview of Biblical history and then draws the events of the Bible across the span of 8 pages.
This timeline would make an attractive addition to the wall of any homeschool or Sunday school classroom. Printed on glossy paper, it is durable enough to withstand many touches from the fingers of eager students.
The guide gives a nice visual of Biblical events, intermingled and corresponding with other events in world history. One caution I would make is that while it is a feast for the eyes of visual learners, it comes up lacking with "hands-on" appeal for kinesthetic learners.
