Before You Were Born is a lovely children's book chronicling the time before a baby is born. The story begins when Mommy and Daddy fall in love and ends with Baby coming home. The 12-inch square book is easy to hold and a delight to read over and over again. The illustrations are charming.
Before You Were Born is suitable for children of all ages. There is no mention of how a baby came to be or any drawings that would be inappropriate for young children to see. I expect it to become a well-loved nighttime storybook in our home. My children are 6, 10, 14, and 16, and they all enjoyed the book. Before You Were Born would be a great gift for any child.
