Ludere Latine II is a nonreproducible book of games and puzzles that coordinate with the Latina Christiana II curriculum. The games and puzzles can be used as reinforcement and review for each lesson in the curriculum. To get the most out of this book, you should at least have a teacher manual and a student book of Latina Christiana II.

My children and I are currently learning Latin with Latina Christiana I (which also has a supplemental book of games and puzzles, called Ludera Latine I). I bought the teacher handbook for Latina Christiana II so that I could try some of the games and puzzles in Ludere Latine II and therefore give a more informed review. I would start out by reading over a lesson in the teacher handbook; then I would try to figure out the answers to the corresponding games and puzzles. With my limited background, I could figure out a few answers. But I frequently had to refer to the teacher handbook or the answer key in the back of Ludere Latine II for help. I'm sure a student who has completed the level I course and is currently going through the Latina Christiana II course would find the games easier yet still challenging. There are seven kinds of word games, including word searches, derivatives crosswords, and grammar crosswords.

The cost of one book is $19.95, but additional discounted copies can be ordered for $7.00 each. If you are working through the Latina Christiana II course, I highly recommend Ludere Latine II as a fun but challenging reinforcement to your Latin studies. It is well worth the cost.
