This book is not a diet plan, but a simple way to incorporate a lifestyle change both for yourself and your family. The ideas are easy to put into practice and the recipes sound delicious. I’m excited to try some of them out on my own family; I have a feeling they won’t even know they’re eating “healthy” food!
