Aunt Winnie, Sing to Me! is a musical CD combining music and stories to instruct preschool through early elementary-age children. It is a combination of early elementary educational skills, such as the alphabet and its sounds, vowels, numbers and time, along with the basic message of salvation. It retails for $11.00, which includes shipping and handling.

Ms. Johnson has a lovely voice, as does the narrator, Jenni Kelley. I found the music to be very soothing and calm, although I much preferred the devotional songs to the educational ones. While the educational songs are good and wholesome, the devotional songs are delightful, clearly portraying Christ's love for the children and His plan for their salvation.

The one thing that I did not like about this CD was the fact that the alphabet sound song stops short of the entire alphabet. I suppose this was done for the sake of time. One could easily sing along the rest of the alphabet on one's own. I would also prefer that a short booklet be included giving the words to the songs and additional ideas for teaching the information.

As I stated previously, the melodies are quite harmonious and the voices are actually soothing. Aunt Winnie, Sing to Me! is a nice little CD for young children that clearly brings the message of Jesus to tender young hearts!
