Once we tried KikaFlik, I understood just why it's won so many awards! A Dr.Toy award, Parents Choice award, Creative Child's seal of excellence--this is a FUN toy! Not only is it fun to play with, but it an excellent tool for coordination. KikaFlik is a colorful wooden "zaggy board", that comes with 3 different sized foam balls. The challenge: put the ball in position, and STOMP on the end of the board and 'flik' the ball into the air and catch it! KikaFlik is great for hand/eye and foot/eye coordination, balance, timing skills, visual tracking, tactile perception, and more! It has many uses in occupational therapy as well. KikaFlik can also be used with a bat or racquet, beanbags, koosh balls (although our research does indicate that it shouldn't be used when the family cat is sitting on it). The player can practice stroke technique and target practice in sports such as baseball, tennis, football, badminton, etc. and hula-hoops make great targets! Great creative and let the ball roll down the board then FLIK! Make up trick shots, team games; even shoot it into the basketball hoop! KikaFlik can be played with indoors or out, requires no batteries, sparks imagination and is a whole lotta fun!
