I have been married for almost 17 years to my husband. We have 10 children so far. We have homeschooled 1996 and are committed to homeschooling until the last child graduates. I have served in Leadership in my homeschool group, Frisco HIS (www.friscohis.com) for the past 8 year, 2 years on the board as New Homeschooling Director. I co-authored a curriculum for the new homeschool moms and taught the program for 3 years.
I was named Texas Homeschool Leader of the Year, 2006 by Texas Homeschool Coalition. I have taught women & children for over 20 years. I just launched my own ministry, about a year ago, as a way to encourage moms. www.livingstones4moms.com is my blog where more of my writing can be found. I am "bunchabranches" on homeschool blogger.

| My mission is to create a hunger for the Lord through my story and by sharing what the Lord has taught me about being a godly wife and mother in a very ungodly world. Homeschooling can only complicate the life of a believer by making us even more different that other believers. I want moms to know that they are not the only ones who experience depression, rebellious children and struggles in their marriage. I try to use humor along with my real life experiences to make them want to know more of God than they already do. |

We are Living Stones1 Peter 2:5. "You also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood." How can God use us moms to build our homes to His glory? Blessing our husbands by meeting his needs so that he can be the godly leader of our homes. Encouraging and nurturing our children to be come godly men and women. |
